The hotel is located near a popular temple and offers easy access to the city center without a car. the spacious villas, lovely grounds, and fantastic restaurant make for a comfortable stay. the spa services are top-notch and provide a great opportunity to relax.
Some facilities need better maintenance.

From the moment we arrived, the staff here were exceptional. Our room was beautifully designed with luxurious facilities, including a fully stocked mini bar and private balcony overlooking the stunning scenery. the indoor swimming pool and sauna were perfect for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing, while the library offers a quiet place to unwind. the breakfast exceeded our expectations with a wonderful array of dishes to choose from, and the restaurant and bar/lounge area continue to amaze us with their impeccable service and delicious beverages.
The only minor issue we experienced was with the location. Though in a peaceful and quiet area, it was a bit further from the main attractions and required a taxi to get around.

Lucky to have a terrace facing out towards the park, this hotel has a great atmosphere and is located next to the West Lake area, making it an ideal location to explore the popular temple nearby. The cleanliness of the hotel facilities is impeccable and the breakfast offers a variety of choices to satisfy any appetite. Additionally, the staff was super friendly and made sure to give me all the information I needed for a comfortable stay.
Couldn’t fault this hotel, everything was amazing!

The rooms were nicely decorated, with large ensuites and balconies overlooking the waterways. The staff was helpful, especially in assisting with lunch plans at the nearby outlet mall.
The hotel's location was inconvenient, and transportation to popular tourist spots was an issue. Local ride-hailing services did not work for foreigners.
